Development of the project activities. The four main activities are:
- coordination of the activities
- dissemination
- exploitation

- Involvement of 7 partner schools.

Description of activities carried out:
Coordination of activities:
Participation in the kick off meeting in Florence and implementing the project in our theatre.
Planning the activities of the Project OFF-Book.
Setting the project team in Klaipėda Puppet Theatre.
Analyzing the materials from the kick off meeting, in order to understand the project requirements, the tasks and the activities to be carried out.
Planning internal and external dissemination of the Project OFF-Book.
Finding associated partners which will be involved in the project.
Planning the research for the Guidelines and setting team work.
Periodical meetings with the members of the project team.
Participation in the second kick meeting in Klaipėda on June.
Translation of the Guidelines to Lithuanian.
Meeting with project partners on June, discussing and planning Project activities.
Planning puppeters and technician man meetings with teachers on October.
Meeting with teachers on September, discussing about video making, how to involve students, what involving methots are acceptables.
Telephone and mail contacts with the partner schools coordinating filming in the schools.
Filming organization in project schools.
Meeting with Project partners of Klaipėda.
Preparing for partners meeting in Romiania.
Telephone and mail contacts with the partner schools involved in the OFF-BOOK project.
Finding schools and institutions as Associated partners in the project.

Informing the partner schools and the associated partners about the activities carried out in the project.
Periodical dissemination of the project.
Filling in documents for the final reports.
Preparing all the documents for the final project meeting in Grosseto, Italy.

Dissemination of the project using the Brochure in English and Lithuanian.
Arranging presentations of Project OFF-Book activities in meeting with teachers, artists.
Planning the research for the Guidelines and setting team work.
