Squat Down, Stand Up
This activity has the aim to develop and strengthen group, to encourage trust among the group and to foster non-verbal communication in the group. In particular, the activity proposed is focused on the importance to understand that one human action has its after-effect on the group, on teaching how to see and predict the group’s future actions and finally on enhancing empathy.
